Account Deletion Request
Your privacy and data control are important to us. In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policies, this page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your Crypto Harvest LTC account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)
- Open the Crypto Harvest LTC app on your Android device.
- Go to the Account section (accessible from the main dashboard).
- Scroll down and tap the red Delete Account button.
- Confirm the prompt. Your account and data will be removed immediately.
Option 2: Web/Email Request
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, please send an email request to our support team:

Please include your account email address in the request. Requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
What Data is Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Email address and authentication credentials.
- Current PTS balance and Lifetime Earnings.
- Complete Activity History (Claims, Spins, Game records).
- Experience Points (XP) and Level progress.
- Referral connections.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose all earned rewards and progress.
